ICA publishes the categories that may apply for PR, including an eligible S Pass route. Check the current page for the exact status and applicant conditions; do not rely on an old screenshot or forum summary.
Eligibility to submit is distinct from approval. Neither an S Pass nor a particular online profile score is a guarantee unless an official authority expressly says so.
Evidence
Keep pass and employment records aligned
Review the ICA checklist for requested employment, income, identity and qualification evidence. Check that the employer, occupation, pass details and dates tell the same factual story across the form and supporting documents.
MOM's S Pass rules govern the work pass. They are useful for understanding current status, but MOM guidance should not be presented as an ICA PR approval rule.

An employer or role change can affect the documents that describe an application. Check both authorities' current instructions when circumstances change and keep evidence truthful. Prepare questions for a consultation rather than trying to optimise for an unofficial threshold.
